Welcome to Palladino's

I was raised in Southern Italy, within an Italian community atmosphere, where I experienced first-hand the importance of using good quality ingredients to make good quality food.

Both my father Pasquale and my mother Carmela worked within the catering industry and over my childhood years passed on to me their passion and meticulousness about fresh, clean, home grown and home-made products.

At a very young age I learnt the art of fine wine making, creating doughs, making sausages, creating fresh pasta and the importance of a good espresso!.

​

I carry fond memories of my extensive family back in Italy, observing how all the generations united, growing and producing all their own food. I was exposed to a fantastic array of flavours, which has always stayed with me.

My aim is with Palladino’s to bring to Brighton the authentic taste of Italy and offer a menu of exciting Cicchetti, Gelato and Bevande, all main staples of Italian culture.

For me Palladino’s is something I have wanted to do for years and is very close to my heart, for I passionately believe that by sourcing the best quality ingredients, we can produce the best tasting products. I want to honour those that have taught me how important food is and create a culture that keeps my customers engaged in sharing my passion and becoming more family and friends than customers
